Berne \| 60-60% What you can contribute <br /> • Advise and supervise military personnel and civil protection members facing social or psychosocial problems related to military service (crisis intervention, family problems, problems related to profession and labor law, risk of addiction, existential questions) • Negotiate autonomously with authorities, administrative services, social insurance, social assistance institutions, creditors and debtors, employers, according to the directives of the Service social de l'armée (SSA) • Support the professional and social reintegration of sick or injured persons • Assist school and troop commanders in military schools, particularly in case of extraordinary problems or social issues • Train militia social workers in the technical and methodological field of social work <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor in social work, diploma in social work from a university of applied sciences or equivalent training • Several years of experience in social work in the public sector • Military knowledge or willingness to acquire it • High didactic abilities, excellent social and personal skills • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words Le Personnel de l'armée (Pers A) accompanies military personnel from recruitment to release from the obligation to serve.
