Your responsibilities: \- Monitoring of the quality management system in the different centers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the Group's internal guidelines. \- Management of internal documents. \- Organization and monitoring of internal and external audits as well as certification procedures (e.g. ISO 9001:2015). \- Collection, analysis and monitoring of quality indicators, with a focus on patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of the actions taken. \- Analysis of incidents and development of targeted action plans to prevent and resolve the problems encountered. \- Management of preventive and corrective measures, in consultation with process managers. \- Advice and support to center staff on all matters related to quality management and continuous improvement. \- Support to centers in managing complaints \- Coordination of data collection for annual ESG reports \- Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centers. Your profile: \- Experienced as a medical radiology technician (TRM) and wishing to evolve towards quality functions. \- Experience in the field of diagnostic medical imaging. \- Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centers. \- French and English fluent, German is an asset. \#LI-AP3 \#LI-Hybrid
