For our main site in Rennaz, we are looking for a: Pharmacy Assistant M/F at 50 % within the Pharmaceutical Logistics Sector ### The main missions of this position are ### • Place orders for medicines and other pharmaceutical products with suppliers and follow up on their delivery • Check orders and deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders • Ensure stock monitoring and report supply shortages • Participate in inventories and ensure the updating of databases • Collaborate with pharmacists and the logistics unit to optimize the management of logistical flows • Supervise and validate the order preparation process carried out by the distribution robot We require ### • CFC as a pharmacy assistant or a title deemed equivalent • Experience in order management and hospital pharmaceutical logistics • Good organizational skills, autonomy in work • Good knowledge of IT tools Word, Excel and Opale • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French • Team spirit, ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external interlocutors (customers/suppliers) We offer ### • The chance to join a passionate and supportive team, recognized for its excellent social climate • A stimulating and innovative working environment within the Centre hospitalier de Rennaz • Salary conditions as well as social benefits according to the Convention collective de travail de l'HRC (6 weeks of vacation from 40 years old, stamping, etc.) • Access to various training courses to allow you to evolve within the company. • Exclusive advantages, such as discounts in shops and restaurants located nearby.
