Child and adolescent psychiatric liaison nurse at 80% The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all: children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and the Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those of the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. In order to complete its team of the Service Psychiatrique d’Accueil d’Urgence et de Liaison (SPAUL) within our Service de Psychiatrie et de Psychothérapie d'enfants et d'adolescents (SPPEA), the Fondation de Nant is recruiting for a position of Child and adolescent psychiatric liaison nurse at 80% THE MISSION The SPPEA takes care of young people aged 0 to 18 and their families in the Est vaudois. It guarantees accessible, continuous child psychiatric care adapted to the needs of the population. The SPAUL's mission is to welcome, evaluate, care for those in crisis requiring urgent psychiatric intervention and to direct them into the healthcare system. As a liaison nurse, your main mission will be to ensure the follow-up of child psychiatric liaison for patients hospitalized at the HRC. WE OFFER The SPAUL covers all psychiatric liaison and emergency activity in the Est vaudois sector. It is attached to the Fondation de Nant and is the main interlocutor for psychiatry at the HRC. Working within this team means exercising a diversified activity within an interdisciplinary team. It is also a unique opportunity to participate in the co-construction of care projects in child psychiatry in the Est Vaudois. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A person with experience in child psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing, recognized by the Croix Rouge and having a good knowledge of the health environment of the Est Vaudois. Holding a CAS in community health or liaison would be an asset. We wish for a person capable of collaborating within interdisciplinary teams, of preventing and/or defusing crisis situations, as well as evaluating, directing and containing while proposing adapted care. Relational ease allowing for engagement in an individual and group relational process, as well as good communication and negotiation skills, are expected. Experience in a similar position, good autonomy, an ability to manage unforeseen events and stress, as well as skills in analysis and interdisciplinary coordination are essential to work in this environment. Finally, a certain flexibility is required in order to fit into an evolving position, currently under construction.
