About the Position To strengthen our Finance team in Zürich, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality as Controller / Senior Controller (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will support our hospitality operations as well as management with sound analyses, meaningful reporting, and business management decision-making bases. Together with our operational teams, you will identify opportunities and risks, develop optimization measures, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable further development of our corporate group. We are looking for an analytically strong, practice-oriented personality who enjoys translating numbers into concrete recommendations for action and developing sustainable solutions together with different stakeholders. Your Tasks Reporting & Analysis Preparation and consolidation of the monthly financial reports for our locations and management Preparation of management and board of directors reports including commentary on business development Analysis of financial and operational key figures as well as identification of trends, risks, and optimization potentials Execution of variance analyses compared to budget, forecast, and previous year values Business Partnering Conducting regular business reviews with our operational teams Advising and supporting the site managers in optimizing financial performance Preparation of complex financial data into understandable decision-making bases Close cooperation with Finance and Operations to support strategic and operational business decisions Budgeting & Planning Support and coordination of the annual budgeting process across several locations Participation in forecasts as well as medium- and long-term financial planning Creation of financial models to support investment and strategy decisions Projects & Business Cases Creation of ad-hoc analyses and business cases Evaluation of new business opportunities as well as operational initiatives Participation in cross-departmental projects and strategic special tasks Your Profile Completed studies or a comparable education in the field of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a comparable finance function Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service environment is an advantage Very good analytical skills as well as a strong understanding of business management Excellent Excel skills as well as experience in the construction and further development of financial models Experience with ERP and BI systems is an advantage Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication personality with enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholder groups Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, as well as a strong quality standard Languages Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Other language skills are an advantage What we offer A responsible and versatile position within an international hospitality group Attractive employment conditions with performance-oriented bonus component Direct cooperation with management and insight into strategic decision-making processes An international, dynamic, and inspiring work environment Short decision-making paths as well as much room for design The opportunity to actively participate in the further development of our Finance structures Development opportunities within a growing international corporate group Workplace Zürich with close cooperation with our locations at home and abroad Have we sparked your interest?
