Business Travel Advisor (80%) French \- English Fixed-term mission Founded on 14 April 1900 in Paris, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the world governing body for cycling. Its mission is to develop and supervise cycling in all its forms and for everyone, as a competitive sport, a healthy leisure activity, and as a means of transport. Furthermore, the UCI ensures the promotion of its own events, notably the UCI Road World Championships, an iconic annual event, and a large number of other World Championships and World Cups in various disciplines. Its headquarters is located in Aigle, Switzerland, at the UCI World Cycling Centre. The UCI is looking for a: Business Travel Advisor (80%) French \- English Fixed-term mission Mission: Management of travel for employees, management, as well as any person required to travel for the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and for the UCI World Cycling Centre (CMC UCI). Main responsibilities: Individual business travel reservations (flight in GDS, low-cost, train tickets, rental cars and accommodation): analysis of requests, searching for availability at the best price, sending offers to travelers and finalizing the reservation Reservation and coordination during events: monitoring participant lists and travel reservations in coordination with the various stakeholders in charge of the event Reservation of auxiliary services: additional luggage, transport of sports equipment Verification of credit card statements. Profile: Travel agent training or training deemed equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business travel management and reservation Proficiency in Amadeus Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written Strong customer orientation Sense of organization and priorities Precision and discretion Ability to work both independently and in a team Spirit of initiative Good management of stress and pressure.
