• 27 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Payerne For our client, an international industrial company with local influence and a world leader in its field, we are looking for a CFO / Financial Director for the Swiss entity. Chief Financial Officer Immediate start is desirable for someone who is not going on holiday and is fed up with doing DIY at home, but waiting for a person under notice period is also possible. Reporting to management and as a member of the executive committee, you will be in charge of: \- Steering all Swiss finance from a strategic and operational point of view: supervision of accounting processes, VAT, financial statements, and account closings \- Management of industrial controlling including budgets for the different factories, forecasting, cost calculation... \- Process optimization, improvement of existing systems, and innovation \- Management of financial flows \- Participating in investment projects with management \- Supervision of a small direct team as well as cross-functional departments for a total of about ten employees We are looking for a person with: \- Expertise in finance / controlling or equivalent \- 8/10 years of confirmed experience in a similar position in an industrial environment and ideally in a local structure with a group behind it \- German C1, English B2+ mandatory \- Mastery of an ERP such as SAP, Business Central etc \- Package to be discussed according to the candidate's experience Our ideal candidate will be able to evolve within an SME integrated into an international group and will know how to defend the interests of their entity while collaborating with different stakeholders with diplomacy, listening skills, and strength of conviction.
