You will be based at the group headquarters located in Granges-Paccot and will join a close-knit, dynamic, and passionate team, in which your creativity and ideas will be fully valued. Your future responsibilities • You will contribute to defining and deploying a national digital strategy aligned with the values and ambitions of the company. • You will be in charge of the company's online visibility and e-reputation by ensuring a consistent and impactful digital presence. • You will create impactful content (videos, infographics, illustrations, -) adapted to the different types of media. • You will manage social networks by planning, publishing, and interacting with the community. • You will participate in the continuous evolution of the website in order to optimize the user experience and digital performance. • You will analyze digital performance via tracking tools and will be proactive in proposing ways to maximize the impact of the actions carried out. • You will carry out digital monitoring in order to identify emerging trends and best practices. • You will work in close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee consistency between the digital strategy and the global communication of the company. Your profile • You benefit from training in content creation, digital communication, or digital marketing. • Your native language is French or German, with a minimum level of C1 in the other language. Another language is an asset. • You master the tools necessary for the practical application of your tasks, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, - • You are passionate about new technologies and master the latest digital trends. • You have an excellent ability to tell stories and create engaging content. • You are a curious, creative, dynamic person and love taking on new challenges. • You wish to evolve in an agile universe, combining high standards and performance. • You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigor, interpersonal skills, charisma-). • You possess a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
