To bring this new address to life, we are looking for committed and dynamic collaborators. Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Vallées domain, our establishment offers 44 rooms, a restaurant with 120 covers, a bar, a terrace, a seminar room, as well as a wellness area. What makes us different? • The opportunity to participate in the opening of a new 4* hotel • A human-sized establishment with a dynamic and cohesive environment • Evolution perspectives as we develop An authentic atmosphere, a motivated team: Welcome to Montfort Boutique Hotel To strengthen our kitchen team, we are recruiting 3 chef(fe) de partie in CDI (variable rate 60-100%), with the following main missions: • Ensure the preparation and sending of dishes at your station • Guarantee the quality, presentation, and consistency of the plates • Organize and manage your workstation with full autonomy • Participate in the mise en place, ordering, and proper management of goods • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) • Collaborate closely with the entire brigade What we are looking for: • A positive and benevolent team spirit • Flexibility and a sense of organization • Training in cuisine or first experience in catering Start date: September - October 2026 Ready to live the adventure with us?
