We are looking for an empathetic co-educator for our baby group at our Stadelhofen location. What are your tasks? You support the group leader in shaping a loving, safe, and development-promoting everyday life for our little ones. You plan and design age-appropriate play, promotion, and sensory activities for babies and toddlers and actively contribute your own ideas. You maintain an appreciative exchange with parents and support the group leader in parent meetings. You take on co-responsibility for the organizational and pedagogical tasks in the baby group. You contribute to compliance with our quality standards and to the implementation of our pedagogical concept. You observe and document the children's development carefully and actively bring your observations into the team. What should you bring?
