Cook (m/f/d) \- CDI \- 80% \- rotating (from Sierre to Viège) Your missions : You prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes while ensuring quality, taste and presentation. You carry out culinary preparations, cooking and careful dressing of plates in accordance with technical sheets. You actively participate in the setup and organization of the kitchen to ensure a smooth and efficient service. You ensure the conservation and storage of food, including vacuum packaging, while strictly respecting HACCP standards. You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and impeccable hygiene of equipment, materials and kitchen premises. You contribute to the good management of stocks and control of goods to guarantee the freshness of products. What you bring : Holder of a CFC cook diploma or beneficiary of equivalent training, you have several years of experience in the field (minimum 3 years).
