The Soziale Dienste of the Stadt Zürich is in an exciting phase of development. For the Sozialzentrum Dorflinde, we are looking for an engaged and strong-leadership personality for the management of a team in the adult profile, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this function, you will develop your team, accompany change processes, and provide impulses for the professional and organizational further development of the area. Tasks ## • You lead a team of 9 social workers personnel-wise as well as professionally and manage the internal processes in the adult profile of the Sozialzentrum Dorflinde. • You support your employees in operational service delivery in the management of civil law mandates in adult protection as well as social assistance (economic assistance and personal assistance) and ensure uniform implementation of guidelines, quality, and professionalism in fulfilling the basic mandate in the adult profile. • You live the leadership concept of the Soziale Dienste, accompany the team through changes, provide orientation in the working environment, and help them find a way to deal with complexity and information density. • You contribute to the professional strengthening of the profile in the Soziale Dienste by introducing professional development impulses in the corresponding specialist committees. Profile ## • University degree in Social Work with subject-specific additional training as well as leadership training • Several years of leadership experience in a social institution including professional guidance and promotion of employees • In-depth knowledge in the management of civil law mandates in adult protection and/or confident handling of SKOS, SHG and ZGB • Proficient German in speaking and writing for precise documentation and secure communication in committees • High resilience, a clear leadership claim as well as the ability to provide orientation and set priorities even in complex situations We offer ## A versatile and responsible leadership task with scope for design and development opportunities.
