As a Project Manager Heating/ Cooling, you will take on a central role in construction project management in the implementation of demanding projects throughout Switzerland. You will work closely with customers, internal specialist departments and external partners and contribute significantly to realizing economic, sustainable and future-oriented solutions. In doing so, you will work, among other things, for well-known major customers and actively help shape the further development of modern building and operating concepts. What awaits you You actively shape and drive heating/ cooling projects throughout Switzerland, mainly. You take overall responsibility and control the optimal use of personnel, material resources and finances in projects, comprehensively from a portfolio perspective. You lead project teams with clarity, develop people further and bring all participants on a course to success. You build projects from the ground up, win contracts and are responsible for offer and contract management. You conduct negotiations at eye level and make well-founded procurement decisions. You consistently keep projects on course and ensure deadline, cost and quality goals at all times. You shape HVAC projects technically, analyze complex relationships, create feasibility studies and develop sustainable solutions. You inspire customers with holistic advice and develop forward-looking concepts for projects and programs in the field of HVAC. What you bring with you Completed training in the field of heating/ cooling or a comparable basic technical education. Technical training at the level of higher vocational education (e.g., technician HF) or university level (e.g., engineer FH) or the willingness to complete the training(s). Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HVAC field. Strong leadership competence as well as negotiation skills and healthy assertiveness. Structured, responsible and independent way of working. High customer and service orientation paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action. Very good German skills, other languages an advantage.
