Employment Permanent employment 100% Place of work Rapperswil Requirements Basic training in construction, drafter EFZ, construction manager HFP, architecture studies and/or dipl. technician HF Experience in cost calculation with MesserliBAUAD from Vorteil Knowledge of Swiss standards such as BKP, eBKP-H and NPK Strong numerical flair, analytical and conceptual thinking Independent, responsible and efficient working method High self-initiative, confident appearance and communicative personality Stylistically secure German in word and writing Area of activity Creation of preliminary measurements and calculations for demanding new and renovation buildings Development of cost estimates and cost forecasts as well as creation of construction descriptions Development of basics for the submission and TU submission phase Analysis of submission and planning documents Cost planning and cost control in all sub-phases (especially SIA phases 1-3) Application of cost management in all SIA sub-phases Interface function in the integration of BIM in cost planning Communication in direct contact with the project/business management
