In this exciting function, you are an important element of our dynamic team within the Market & Business Development department and responsible for the product range in the field of wood construction at Würth AG. Through your proactivity and professional expertise, you contribute significantly to the growth of the company by developing our product portfolio with innovative ideas and thus opening new fields of growth. These tasks await you: • You are responsible for the market-adapted design and strategic development of your product portfolio throughout the product life cycle • You continuously analyze the performance of your portfolio, observe developments in the market, customers and competition and deduce concrete measures • You develop a customer-oriented marketing mix and give clear impulses for the expansion of the range as well as for the treatment of relevant target markets in collaboration with market development • You are the central interlocutor for your product portfolio and work in close collaboration with market development, sales, marketing, purchasing and other interfaces • You bring your expertise to marketing projects and communication campaigns and ensure a convincing positioning of your products on the market • You identify product trends and potentials in the field of wood construction early and translate them into innovative and marketable solutions • You accompany the development of the portfolio with a clear focus on customer utility, market requirements and sustainable growth To fulfill these demanding tasks, you bring the following qualifications: • You have a successful degree in the field of wood construction, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification • You have professional experience in product management or in a comparable function in the construction sector - ideally with a focus on wood construction or the building envelope • You have a deep understanding of application requirements and technical contexts and can integrate them in a targeted manner into the development of products and the range • You work in an analytical, structured and autonomous manner and keep an overview even in complex projects • You convince with your personal initiative, your sense of organization and your experience in the successful management of demanding projects • You bring determination, problem-solving skills as well as a clear and structured way of working • You are very proficient in MS Office and ideally have good knowledge of SAP as well as PIM systems • You communicate with ease in German, French and English - both orally and in writing • You think in a customer and solution-oriented manner, like to collaborate with different interfaces and demonstrate confidence We offer: • A responsible and varied position with a lot of leeway in a dynamic market environment • A modern IT infrastructure, flat hierarchies as well as short decision-making processes • Flexible working conditions with the possibility of teleworking
