SIEN216 IT Service of the Neuchâtel Entity Telecom System Administrator SIEN216 IT Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN) SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social, and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes global IT concepts, and ensures a set of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities. Your missions In compliance with SIEN's best practices and security directives, you install and guarantee the proper functioning of hardware and software, while conducting projects for the implementation of standardized solutions. On a daily basis, you collaborate with engineers and technical project managers to successfully carry out deployments of complex infrastructures and solutions. You also intervene on level 2 incidents and participate in their resolution in order to limit work interruptions for the business units. Your profile Holder of an ES technician diploma in telecommunications or a title deemed equivalent, you possess the following technical knowledge: networking (TCP/IP protocols, Cisco routing and switches) telephony (Unify communication solutions, IP telephony systems) management of unified communications Furthermore, your skills allow you to analyze and resolve problems related to telecommunication networks and systems.
