On behalf of our client, we are looking for a: Plant Operator in food production 100% Main tasks: • You contribute your own suggestions for optimizing process flows and thus actively contribute to the success of the company. • You are motivated to set the plants, product or format changes, as well as fine adjustments, for a smooth production of the products. • You ensure first-class quality and safety at the plant. • Your high awareness of hygiene helps you to carry out the quality controls on the lines as well as the intermediate and weekend cleanings. • You resolve malfunctions independently and thus ensure a smooth process and maximum availability of the plant. Qualifications Desired profile: • You have a vocational apprenticeship in the food industry or in the technical field and already have initial professional experience in industry. • You are flexible for working in 3-shift operation. • Your technical flair helps you in operating the plants and resolving malfunctions. • You are used to handling computer systems and have good German skills.
