Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the management of Building Technical Management on human, organizational, and technical levels • Develop, on a national scale, management, operation, and maintenance plans as well as specifications in the field of building technology • Advise internal and external stakeholders on technical issues; coordinate and supervise service providers and external suppliers • Guarantee efficient and uninterrupted operation of the buildings' technical installations • Develop and implement, in collaboration with other specialized departments, optimization measures in the areas of installations and building technology <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Engineering degree from a university of applied sciences in the field of building technology (electrotechnics and/or HVAC), or equivalent training, supplemented by continuing education and experience in facility management on technical and infrastructural levels • Deep (generalist) technical knowledge covering all areas of building technology (HVAC and electrotechnics) • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with internal and external partners • Great sense of initiative, interest in the development of processes and standards as well as in the continuous training of personnel • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words Are you passionate about innovative, demanding, and modern solutions in the field of building technology?
