To strengthen our Nursing and Spitex Controlling team, we are looking for a Specialist: Spitex Controlling (dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH) 80-100% as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your role In the Nursing and Spitex Controlling department, you will assume a versatile and responsible function. With your expertise in the field of pediatric nursing, you will contribute to the fact that nursing services are assessed in a needs-based and traceable manner. You are the link between Spitex organizations, freelance caregivers, and the insurance company. In doing so, you will review needs reports, conduct on-site controlling, and ensure that all relevant information is available for informed benefit decisions. Your tasks You will review and assess submitted needs reports with your expertise in the field of Spitex. You will conduct on-site controlling at Spitex organizations and be in close exchange with the responsible nursing specialists. You will selectively request documents for case processing and ensure that the technical bases are complete. You will make benefit decisions, create cost approvals, service reductions or rejections, and justify them in a traceable and technically sound manner. You will ensure with your expertise that services are assessed fairly and in a traceable manner. Your profile Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and several years of experience in a Spitex organization. Experience in pediatric nursing is an advantage. Independent, responsible way of working and pleasure in assessing complex cases in a technically sound manner. Distinct empathy and communicative strength with the ability to represent decisions clearly, traceably, and respectfully. Networked thinking, solution-oriented action, and IT affinity with secure handling in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel). First language German, French, or Italian, with very good knowledge of German and a second national language (French or Italian).
