You further develop our redPoint Apps, industry solutions, and customer-specific extensions. In doing so, you identify meaningful use cases for AI, data, and intelligent process automation – always with an eye on the concrete benefit for SMEs. Intelligently network systems. You design and implement modern, robust interfaces to external applications. REST APIs, JSON, XML, authentication, and token management are part of your craft. You help further develop Dynamics 365 Business Central into an open, well-integrated platform. Advance cloud and architecture. You develop scalable extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central and actively help shape our cloud strategy around Azure and Microsoft 365. You don't just think in individual features, but in maintainable solutions, clean integrations, and long-term viable architectures. Use AI pragmatically. You deal with AI-supported workflows, MCP servers, agent-based approaches, and modern development tools. You evaluate new possibilities, develop initial prototypes, and transition suitable ideas into productive applications – with the goal of never losing sight of quality, security, and benefit. Bring in fresh air. You bring a contemporary engineering attitude to the team. You understand AI-supported development and Vibe Coding as productive tools, not as a replacement for responsibility: you experiment, critique critically, and deliver clean, traceable code. What you bring with you Foundation in the Microsoft ERP environment. You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central and develop confidently in AL and/or C/AL. Ideally, you already bring experience with Visual Studio Code and the extension ecosystem. Broad technological understanding. You know modern interface technologies and feel comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML. Knowledge of JavaScript or C# is a plus. If you can pragmatically transfer C# logic and concepts into the AL environment, even better. Curiosity for AI and data. You are seriously interested in Big Data, AI in the ERP environment, agent-based workflows, and new forms of integration. Initial experience with MCP servers, token-based authentication, or Agentic Engineering is welcome – more important to us than buzzwords is that you want to create real value from technology.
