Lead Operator Finishing (m/f/d) (80-100%) Your tasks: Monitoring and ensuring smooth operation in the finishing area of shaft production Responsibility for the entire value creation process (balancing, manufacturing technology, additional processes,) within finishing including setup, run-in, operation, monitoring, and quality control Technical leadership and support of the operators in daily business Creating, adjusting, and optimizing machine programs Systematic analysis and sustainable rectification of process- and machine-relevant malfunctions Coordination with technology for test shafts and special orders Acting as an interface to quality and process engineering Independent action as a technical expert for the processes and machines Effortless management of in-depth root cause analyses in manufacturing technology, measurement technology, and IT systems (SAP and MES) Implementation of continuous process improvements (CIPs) Participation in projects (e.g., replacement investments, new investments, L6S projects, etc.) Coordination with the OEMs on technical questions Training of new employees Your profile: Completed mechanical vocational training is required Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally with rotating or rotationally symmetrical workpieces Experience in machine programming as well as confident handling of production facilities Reading and interpreting workshop drawings Understanding of IT systems such as control systems and MES Experience in the technical guidance of employees is an advantage Derivation of measures based on data analysis High commitment, resilience, and quality awareness are required Very good technical understanding and high organizational skills Methodical approach to malfunctions and troubleshooting (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or similar) is performed effortlessly Your benefits: International and dynamic working environment Global parental leave program Canteen Childcare Attractive vacation plans Employee assistance program We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
