In order to support the gratifying development of our general agency La Côte, we are looking for, for a start of duty on January 1st, 2027, a Branch Manager reporting directly to the general agent, with the mission of leading a team of advisors at the Nyon agency and developing business in the Nyon region. The missions that await you: Train, accompany, and regularly monitor external service advisors Participate in the agency strategy Take charge of a client portfolio and contribute to its development; identify client needs and submit adapted and differentiated solutions to them Propose process improvements in connection with the evolution of tools Know market trends; regularly inform oneself of their evolution Participate in and contribute to the economic and social life of one's perimeter; create contact opportunities, develop networks of referrers and business providers and actively influence them Your profile: Mandatory AFA Intermediate Insurance Certificate, IAF diploma, federal certificate or equivalent title Successful several years of experience in insurance consulting and management of a sales team Human-oriented leader and performance culture Strong entrepreneurial spirit Financial and analytical skills Well integrated into the economic and social environment of the region, you enjoy contact and develop relationships.
