Area of responsibility Repair, maintenance and upkeep of machines and systems Ensure that production runs smoothly Identify and rectify faults (e.g. in hydraulics, controls, ventilation) Carry out regular maintenance work to avoid downtime Replace wear parts such as valves and filters Support improvements to machines and work processes Assist in the construction and adaptation of workstations and fixtures Support colleagues in production with technical questions Requirements profile Training as e.g. mechanic (m/w/d) / plant mechanic (m/w/d) / agricultural machinery mechanic (m/w/d) / polymechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent Experience in machine maintenance and upkeep Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or mechanics Technical understanding and practical skill Independent and reliable working method Team spirit and willingness to lend a hand Openness to various tasks - also in daily operations You are a pragmatic all-rounder with technical understanding and a pronounced hands-on mentality
