You accompany regular patients as much as possible, build a true relationship of trust with them, and contribute concretely to allowing them to remain at home. Since 2014, Soins Riviera has been developing a home care organization based on continuity, team stability, and quality of support. Today, we are pursuing our development and are looking for several professionals wishing to invest themselves sustainably with our patients: • CRS health auxiliaries; • AFP nursing and support assistants; • CFC community nursing and health assistants. More than a position, we offer you a place within a stable, accessible, and committed team. The available fixed positions ## Because a good balance between professional and private life is essential, working days are defined upon engagement: • 1 position at 50 %: work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as every second weekend; • 1 position at 50 %: work on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as every second weekend; • 1 position at 60 %: work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as every second weekend. Please clearly indicate in your application the position and the days that interest you. We are also reinforcing our night pool ## We are also looking for CRS health auxiliaries, ASA, and ASSC wishing to perform night interventions according to their availability. This possibility may particularly suit professionals who wish to: • supplement a main activity; • work mainly at night; • maintain a certain flexibility; • progressively integrate into the home care sector. Your role with our patients ## Depending on your training and skills, you will notably be required to: • accompany patients in activities of daily living; • ensure hygiene, comfort, and prevention care; • promote autonomy and remaining at home; • establish a relationship of trust with the patient and their relatives; • observe the evolution of the patient's general state; • identify and transmit any important information or modification; • collaborate closely with nurses, ASSC, and network partners; • ensure rigorous traceability of your interventions in the care file; • respect the habits, choices, privacy, and dignity of each person accompanied. The profile we are looking for ## You are a reliable, benevolent, and attentive person, for whom caring is not limited to performing a series of gestures. You possess: • a recognized CRS health auxiliary certificate, an AFP in nursing and support, or a CFC as ASSC; • ideally, a first experience in home care; • a good ability to work autonomously; • a true team spirit and good communication skills; • a good command of French, both spoken and written; • ease with IT tools and digital care files; • a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. For the night pool, you are also autonomous, reactive, and comfortable with night work.
