The Kinder- und Jugendfachstelle Belp (KiJufa) accompanies children and adolescents aged 6 to 20 in their development. We are looking for, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement Youth Worker, socio-cultural animation (65 %) ## Working hours: Tuesday to Friday incl. Friday evening, plus occasionally on weekends Your main tasks Together with your team colleagues, you will design mobile play offers, the youth center and gender-specific leisure activities. You promote self-efficacy, participation and initiative. You develop projects and network with schools, institutions and other actors. Your profile You have a completed degree (HF/FH) in Social Work, preferably in socio-cultural animation and already bring experience in this open field of work. You take great joy in relationship work with children and adolescents. You bring an openness to different life realities and transcultural competencies. You enjoy working in a team, are used to planning and implementing projects independently and participatively with the target group. You are resilient, have humor and bring creative thinking skills. Manual dexterity, flexibility and high self-organization further characterize you. Preventive and conceptual work brings you joy. You have an affinity for communication and dealing with conflicts and bring good IT skills (MS-Office, Social Media, website design). Your future At the Kinder- und Jugendfachstelle, you engage with a motivated team for the families in Belp and are close to the target group.
