YOUR MISSION ### • You examine complex situations and write decisions on opposition in the field of daily allowances according to LAMal • You take a position on sensitive files by relying on legislation, case law and professional practices • Thanks to your expertise, you provide technical and legal support to the professional teams (LAMal & LCA) and organize training sessions • With a structured approach, you contribute to the update of legal documentation and work processes • While ensuring legal monitoring of legal developments, you collaborate closely with the legal department • Because your role implies a transversal vision, you participate in projects by bringing your expertise Your qualities #### • With your positive attitude, good humor and humor, you contribute to team cohesion • Proactive, you anticipate problems and show initiative • With your writing skills, you write clear and structured content • You work autonomously and take responsibilities • By adopting an open and respectful posture, you easily integrate into a team and prioritize constructive exchanges Your experience #### • You have a Bachelor or Master in Law (BLaw / MLaw) or a certificate in social insurance or equivalent experience • With several years of experience (ideally 5 years or more) in the field of daily sickness allowance insurance • Experience or interest in accident insurance is an asset • You have very good knowledge of French (C1), Italian (B2) and/or German (B2) are a plus To join us #### • Share your experience with your CV   Function : Juriste Santé & Prévoyance N05       Why join our team?  ### If you also like mutual aid, kindness and proactivity, you are in the right place !
