We are looking for on behalf of one of our clients in Vernier : Building Concierge 35% ## Your missions : • Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the interior of the buildings according to a specification and identified needs, ensuring irreproachable cleanliness, • Be at the service of tenants, inform them and ensure instructions are respected, • Ensure a degree of surveillance and services to residents, notably emergency services in case of fire alarm, • Perform necessary maintenance work and small repairs, and follow up on company interventions for technical maintenance, • Maintenance of the 2 alleys, the exteriors (including mowing, trimming of shrubs and hedges, watering and removal of dead leaves) and the parking lot, • Warn the agency in case of problems and stay informed of the various activities related to their intervention and the suppliers, • Other tasks : Key management, use of handling machines, accompanying apartment visits, as necessary, • Be at the service of our client: trusted person for occasional tasks. We require : • Experience as a concierge in a building, • Ability to adapt to various tasks, versatility, sense of service, good physical condition, • Sense of service, discretion, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability The conditions : Be domiciled in the commune of Vernier or surroundings.
