Machine Operator / Plant Operator

We are looking for a committed and competent person to support production as a machine operator / plant operator (m/w/d), 100%, immediately or by agreement. What you will do: • Monitor and operate the necessary plants and machines in the area. • Check recipes and provide the necessary raw materials • Conduct quality controls of raw materials, check expiry dates and lot numbers. • Conduct quality controls of finished products using pH measurement and sensor technology. • Record the implemented recipes. • Clean production plants, filling and production rooms. • Perform simple assembly and disassembly of the machine park. • Reporting obligation: corrections to recipes, defects in the machine park, etc. • Compliance with FIFO and CCP. Qualifications What you bring: • Training in food production is desirable. • Good PC skills. • Independent and expeditious work approach as well as experience in the food industry is a plus. • Experience with hygiene is relevant. • Technical understanding is required. • Good spoken German skills are essential. • Quick comprehension, reliable and resilient. • Willingness to work a 2-shift system.
