Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to • Lead and optimize application management processes • Coordinate and develop office-level processes related to specialized fields, IT operations, and security, with a view to integrating new specialized applications and decommissioning, as well as for incident analysis, monitoring, and testing • Assume the role of Scrum Master within the Seamless Integration work team • Train specialized division members on quality-related topics and advise them on the subject • Define and develop IT standards, guidelines, and best practices <br /> What makes you unique • Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering (ES or HES) or equivalent qualification, combined with corresponding professional experience and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in operating and managing specialized applications, preferably in the public administration • Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux platforms for client applications, excellent analytical skills, and structured working method • In-depth knowledge of the Scrum method, the SAFe application framework, as well as quality management methods (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL, and CMMI) • Experience in application management, particularly in the areas of change management, versioning, incident management, and configuration management • Active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English, an asset <br /> In a few words As an IT system engineer, you will work within the team responsible for integrating our specialized applications and ensuring the high quality of our application management processes.
