In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: Group Sales Intern (M/F) Workplace: Hotels of the Sandoz Foundation Start date: between August and October Contract type: Intern Responsibilities Handling client requests and qualification (needs, budget, selection criteria, competition). Carrying out cross-selling, suggesting alternatives among the hotel collection, and participating in commercial negotiations. Setting room prices according to revenue management tools and the strategic policy defined by Management. Drafting detailed commercial proposals and supporting argumentation to finalize business. Creation and monitoring of blocks in the Opera software (commercial follow-up, follow-up on options). Organization and coordination, hotel inspection visits and commercial appointments with clients. Drafting contracts upon group confirmation, monitoring payments and transmitting files to the operational event teams. Profile sought You are a student in one of the schools recognized by the CCNT: L-GAV - Art. 11 Minimum wage for interns Flexible internship start date between August and October. Internship for a duration of 6 months Student in hospitality, with a school recognized by the CCNT Good organizational skills and excellent management of priorities. Interpersonal ease and excellent written and oral communication skills. Good command of Microsoft Outlook and the Office Pack (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Opera S&C and PMS is an asset. Ability to manage stress, be flexible and versatile. Commercial spirit, sense of negotiation and positive attitude. Motivation to offer a high level of customer service and to work autonomously.
