You record meals according to the medically prescribed diet and ensure a service-oriented food and beverage service, including breakfast trolleys. You support patients with questions regarding room infrastructure and contribute to a pleasant stay. You coordinate with nursing, cleaning, logistics, and other professional groups and ensure a structured daily routine. You manage food, laundry, and operating materials and ensure availability. You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards. You work in the day shift from 06.45 to 15.40 and undertake regular service tasks on the ward. Your profile You have completed training as a Hotel Specialist EFZ or Restaurant Specialist EFZ. You bring experience in hospitality, service, or a comparable environment. You present yourself in a friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented manner and enjoy working in direct contact with people. You are resilient, flexible, and maintain an overview even with changing requirements. You work independently, responsibly, and reliably. You have an affinity for the healthcare sector and an interest in interprofessional cooperation. You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT user skills.
