Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for our customer for a, Technical Support Engineer USA/CAN 80-100% ##### Main tasks ###### • Technical and commercial advice as well as support for the local sales team • Developing and recommending tailor-made solutions, taking into account technical feasibility and maximum customer benefit • Analysis of customer requirements and converting these into clear technical specifications, framework conditions and acceptance criteria • Processing of demanding technical issues through root cause analysis, coordination of internal specialists as well as timely communication with customers and international subsidiaries • Holistic support of support cases and projects, including documentation, follow-up and ensuring a smooth flow of information • Support of the sales team during customer appointments, technical presentations as well as at trade fairs and events Profile ###### • Completed basic technical training in the field of electronics or a comparable specialty • Further education as Dipl. Ing. FH, Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related discipline is an advantage • Professional experience in sensor technology, measurement technology or in technical sales is desirable • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form • Confident handling of common MS Office applications • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and technical contexts • Customer-oriented, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset • Independent, structured and analytical way of working with high initiative • Open, reliable and resilient personality with strong teamwork skills and good communication skills If you are interested in this position?
