We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a GPS Engineer (a) 100% MAIN TASKS In your role, you are responsible for integrating the principles of Lean Management (GPS) into the maintenance area in order to maximize the efficiency, availability, and reliability of plants and machines. This specifically includes the following Activities: • Implementation of Lean principles (5S, KVP, etc.) in maintenance to reduce waste and increase efficiency • Development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies taking GPS standards into account • Evaluation of plant data via SCADA to identify weaknesses as well as initiation of the necessary - improvement measures and maintenance steps • Representation of the maintenance viewpoints in production projects • Creation, review, and introduction of maintenance checklists and plans • Execution of root cause analyses for plant malfunctions and development of sustainable solutions PROFILE You bring a technical vocational qualification (e.g., Automatiker) and further training in the technical field.
