Assistant in community health care (F/M/D) Permanent contract between 80% and 100% \- EPSM La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriartry, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. As an assistant in care and community health, you will be required to supervise and accompany People in daily life and will take part in their support in its entirety by evaluating their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. In addition, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices and interns of the support service. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You have a CFC as an assistant in care and community health or a training deemed equivalent Category B driving license You possess experience or a marked interest in accompanying People presenting psychic disorders.
