As part of our development, we are looking for an IT Support Technician Level 2 / Junior Systems Administrator (M/F) wishing to evolve within a dynamic company where each employee has a real impact. Your mission : • Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, you ensure second-level technical support and ensure the maintenance in operational condition of our infrastructures. • You intervene autonomously on complex incidents and use our management, backup and supervision tools on a daily basis. Take charge of, analyze and resolve level 2 incidents (escalations from level 1). • Manage and administer the IT park, access and complex requests via the ManageEngine ecosystem. • Monitor the health and performance of our infrastructures using PRTG Network Monitor. • Manage, control and test the compliance of backups and disaster recovery plans with Veeam. • Centralize and secure the management of access, passwords and remote connections via Devolutions (Remote Desktop Manager / Password Hub). • Actively participate in the configuration of hardware (PC, servers, switches) and migration projects. Write and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and operating procedures. Your profile : • Education: Holder of a CFC in computer science (or title deemed equivalent). • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a level 2 IT support or junior systems administrator position. • Indispensable technical skills: Mastery of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, M365, Azure). Confirmed practical experience on ManageEngine, PRTG, Veeam and Devolutions tools. • Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2). Technical English is required for reading documentation and publisher support. • Soft skills: Technical rigor, strong autonomy, sense of organization and team spirit. • Logistics: Driver's license (occasional travel) and residence in Switzerland or nearby border area.
