Job Information ###### Work location: Thun, Bern or Basel and in the home office Workload: 60-100% Tasks: Test strategy, -concept & -planning: You define test objectives, test types, acceptance criteria and regression-capable test sets (workflows, forms, integrations) for Dynamics 365 - from E2E test coverage to release tests. The focus is on manual testing; test automation, API testing and automated test data creation are a welcome plus, but not a must. Test execution in the sprint & beyond: You participate in testing within the agile sprint and take time for the "fair weather" scenarios as well as for the unusual, less obvious paths that are frequently overlooked. You document results in a traceable and clean manner. You manage test plans, test cases and test runs in Azure DevOps or Jira Xray. Coordination of specialist testing & release readiness: You organize and accompany the specialist testing methodically and ensure the necessary quality. Quality enablement: You bring standards into the team (e.g. Definition of Done, test case guidelines, bug templates) and thus increase the testing maturity at Kunschaft, which brings a lot of specialist knowledge and which you support in building this maturity. Collaboration: In the interdisciplinary setup (RE, UX, Dev, Operations, specialist departments) you translate requirements into clear, verifiable test cases and ensure end-user capable software. We work self-organized according to Holacracy and work in different circles and roles. In this position, you work in "Dynamics & Power Platform" and particularly take on responsibility in the role: - Tester Taking on further roles is possible depending on suitability, interest and available resources. - Your profile: Practice in software testing (manual and ideally automated) in agile environments; confident in the creation of test cases and strategies. Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS (Boards, Test Plans) or comparable tools; structured and precise way of working. Experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM); you quickly familiarize yourself with low-code and Power Platform topics. Very good German, good English as well as residence in Switzerland.
