• 01 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Ebikon Your tasks: • Calculation of GU-/TU- offers and general planner as well as their compilation • Assistance in the preparation of general contractor (GU) and specialized contractor (TU) contracts as well as general planner contracts • Preparation of approximate cost estimates, cost estimates and quotes for new buildings and renovations • Support for management in the acquisition phase • Assistance in the design and planning phase with regard to profitability • Support for project management in the bidding, award, execution and closure phases • Recording and management of cost indicators Your profile: • Basic training as a construction draughtsman with additional training in HTL/FH architecture, site management or as a construction technician TS • Resilient personality, able to work in a team and conscientious • Focused and solution-oriented mindset • Understanding of plans and quality as well as experience in calculation • Knowledge of SIA standards, laws and regulations in construction • Good computer skills Your contact: Do you want to realize your ideas with us?
