Case Management Specialist at 80-100% Health Insurance Solutions AG is a benefits assistance center founded in 2024 for health and social insurances. Thanks to efficient and high-quality service provisions provided by a single provider, we help our clients and partners to organize their benefit processes optimally and to develop as best as possible in the health insurance market. To strengthen our Case Management team, we are looking for, immediately or at a date to be agreed, a Case Management Specialist at 80-100% Your role:As a Case Management specialist in the field of daily allowances for the Suisse romande region, you assume the global follow-up of benefit cases and you accompany our insured persons in demanding situations. You implement individual solutions for reintegration and coordinate the collaboration between insured persons, employers, doctors and insurers. You thus combine technical expertise in the field of social insurance, empathy and a solution-oriented way of working. Even when faced with complex cases, you maintain an overview and make an important contribution to the sustainable success of reintegrations and a high-quality service. Your tasks You manage and coordinate benefit cases globally and ensure that cases proceed in a structured manner. You maintain active exchanges with insured persons, doctors, other social insurances as well as with contractual partners, both digitally and on-site. You conduct interviews with sick employees who can be reintegrated and you ensure coordination with all involved partners such as employers, social insurances and benefit providers. You guarantee the transfer of knowledge within the team and regularly present reports on the progress of integration to the benefit center specialists. Your profile You have a completed commercial or paramedical employee training as well as continuing education in the field of social insurance (e.g. federal diploma in social insurance), ideally supplemented by continuing education in Case Management (e.g. CAS). You benefit from several years of professional experience in the field of social insurance and/or in Case Management. You have good IT knowledge and work autonomously, structured and precisely. French is your first language; very good knowledge of German (level B2) is indispensable, as internal communication and team meetings take place in German. Knowledge of Italian is an asset. You convince with your high communication capacity, your solution-oriented interview conduct as well as your team spirit and your keen sense of organization. You are used to working autonomously via teleworking and it is indispensable that you are domiciled in Suisse romande (ideally between Geneva and Lausanne).
