The Stiftung Jugendsozialwerk Blaues Kreuz BL is a service provider for youth and social work. It is involved in addiction and prevention work as well as social and professional integration. It works on behalf of authorities and private institutions. Kind.Jugend.Familie KJF is active in the northwest of Switzerland on behalf of around 80 municipalities. For children, young people, and families, we offer a wide range of leisure activities, school social work, school-complementary day structures, needs-based consulting solutions, and information services on various topics. In the target group Child, Fita (leisure activities in day structures) aims to provide children with high-quality care through experiences, enrichment, and promotion of their own development according to their own needs and inclinations. For the school-complementary day structure Fita Basel at the Barfüsserplatz location, we are looking for a Specialist Care / Group Leader 60% (Fita Basel, Barfüsserplatz) from 1. September 2026. Your profile: • Completed basic training as a Specialist Care Children, Kindergarten Teacher or equivalent recognized pedagogical education • Vocational trainer • Distinct self-, professional-, and social competence • Experience in working with children in primary school age (kindergarten-2nd grade) • Reliability and independent, innovative action are among your strengths Your tasks: • Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 18:00, care and leisure activities for children (guided activities, situational support, meal situations, rest and movement phases, etc.) • Networked work with other specialists • Communication with parents • Leading children and child groups: pedagogical interactions, anticipating and structuring group dynamic processes • Planning, implementing, and evaluating activities and excursions • The offer takes place during school time. During six school vacation weeks, a full-day vacation program takes place.
