To complete our Accounting team, we are looking for an Experienced Real Estate and PPE Accountant 100% Do you like being in direct contact with the company management and its clients by coordinating all activities that ensure the reliability of your services? Job description: • Complete accounting management of a portfolio of buildings in PPE (mainly), isolated lots, and rental properties • Control of accounts and preparation of closings, in collaboration with managers and within deadlines • Preparation and sending of tax elements to co-owners • Preparation of balance sheets for buildings managed in separate treasury • Preparation of heating/hot water and service charge statements for the portfolio buildings • Preparation of budgets and other accounting reports • Preparation of VAT statements • Payment of available funds to clients according to agreed deadlines and based on budgets and/or available liquidity • Management of cash accounts and reconciliation • Complete accounting processing during takeovers or loss of mandates • Contacts with tenants, co-owners, and owners, drafting of correspondence • Execution of various administrative or accounting tasks inherent to the service activity Your profile: • Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or training deemed equivalent • Able to justify at least 5 years of activity in a real estate agency as a Real Estate Accountant • Good resistance to stress and priority management • Precise and meticulous • Customer service oriented • Excellent command of IT tools, knowledge of Quorum is an asset • Comfortable with management and reporting tools • Mastery of the French language, good knowledge of English and notions of German, an asset • Motivated to join a cohesive and competent team • Ready to take on a challenge with the idea of committing long-term We offer you: • An activity within a large family company with strong local roots; • The possibility of joining a real estate agency with excellent services; • Management within reach of employees; • A dynamic team based on mutual aid; • A pleasant framework and working environment; • Continuous training and seminars encouraged; • Flexible hours; • Attractive remuneration with a 13th month salary; • Partnership with an on-site dry cleaning service and a massage therapist; • An improved pension plan; • Various weekly attentions (fruit, flowers).
