Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Perform simple manual repairs and maintenance work • Collaborate in the cleaning of outdoor spaces, waste management, and winter services • Provide support to customers for small moves and assembly operations (sometimes with weights >25 kg) • Take care of equipment and vehicles intended for external maintenance • Assist building managers in the operational activities of the property <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Completed school education, proven knowledge regarding concierge services; professional experience in administrative buildings is a preferred qualification • Performance orientation, motivation, sense of responsibility and autonomy • Manual dexterity; ability to lift heavy loads; category B driving license • Passive knowledge of a second official language <br /> In summary Together with your team colleagues, you will ensure that problems are solved quickly and ensure the correct functioning of our administrative buildings in Bern.
