At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees participate in the daily life of our homes. Professional Trainer/Care Specialist in Health 60 - 100%# You want to shape the daily life of our residents - especially people with dementia - with heart and professional competence, and encourage young talents? Then we are looking for precisely you, immediately or by agreement, as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You care for and accompany our residents with dementia with empathy, respect and professionalism in their home. • You implement care measures with competence and support residents in daily activities. • You regularly assume responsibility for the day, accompany and encourage apprentices in the daily care routine and willingly pass on your knowledge. • You observe changes in the state of health, transmit relevant information and carefully document it in the care process. • You work in morning and evening shifts until 21:15 and promote respectful interdisciplinary collaboration. Our requirements: • You have completed professional training as a health specialist CFC or equivalent recognized training in Switzerland. • You enjoy passing on your knowledge, encouraging young talents and accompanying apprentices with patience, respect and enthusiasm in their professional career. Ideally, you have continuing education as a professional trainer or are willing to pursue it. • Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care and/or geriatric psychiatry as well as experience in using RAI LTCF. • You work with heart, empathy and respect with elderly people and enjoy accompanying people with dementia. • You are proficient in computer systems and have good oral and written knowledge of German.
