Junior Business Analyst (M/F)

We are looking for a junior Business Analyst with already significant experience in functional analysis. You will participate in projects to evolve and overhaul information systems. You will carry out studies, analyze needs, research solutions, and support teams in the implementation of digital services adapted to user expectations. Your main missions Collect and analyze business needs Identify functional and non-functional requirements Write functional specifications in the form of use cases Describe functionalities in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria Model existing and target processes in BPMN Prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders Prioritize needs in a backlog Analyze the data sources necessary for projects Distinguish reference data from operational data Support the integration of solutions and provide functional support to project teams Write user guides and functional documents Participate in the reception and validation of solutions Maintain a global vision of the system, its architecture, and its functional scope Your profile Higher degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent training Minimum three years of experience as a business analyst or functional analyst Experience in writing requirements, use cases, and User Stories Participation in at least one significant business process digitalization project Practical experience with BPMN Good understanding of application architectures and SI ecosystems Mastery of Jira Excellent mastery of French, both written and spoken Ability to quickly learn a new functional domain Ease in leading workshops and relationships with stakeholders Autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage several subjects in parallel Appreciated skills Knowledge of UML Experience in writing user guides Knowledge of Agile principles Notions of ITIL and IT service management Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense, or other reporting tools Sensitivity to data consistency, integrity, traceability, and security issues Understanding of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP environments Experience in a large organization or a regulated environment Working at Athenco means joining a group that puts humans at the center of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
