What you will achieve • Our training clinic (A-status) for Internal Medicine is organized as a highly innovative and efficient hybrid system between employed physicians and freelance attending physicians. You bear responsibility for the employed physicians and decide together with an interdisciplinary management team on the professional, organizational, and strategic aspects of the overall clinic. • You combine medical quality with economic thinking and a clear view of what is essential. • You create an environment in which junior doctors can grow, take on responsibility, and develop into independent and competent physicians. • You represent the training clinic towards professional societies, committees, and cooperation partners and bear budget and result responsibility with a focus on quality, training, and sustainability. What distinguishes you • You hold the specialist title in General Internal Medicine. • The existing A-status of the training clinic requires habilitation. However, we also expressly welcome suitable applications without habilitation. • You have already taken on leadership responsibility, know the structures of the Swiss healthcare system, and move confidently in the tension field between medicine, organization, and economic efficiency. • You are integrative, communicative, and solution-oriented.
