In addition to sales, marketing and technical service for the entire product portfolio, Haag-Streit is also an experienced planner for new practice and clinic equipment as well as their relocations. Furthermore, we also offer our customers surgical microscopes from Haag-Streit Surgical (formerly Möller-Wedel) for all disciplines. Your challenge ## You ensure that our projects are technically prepared at our customers' sites. This includes coordination with architectural planners (m/f/d) and electricians (m/f/d), the technical inspection of working and production environments and local conditions, as well as the checking of device compatibility and adaptations. Additionally, the processing of orders from certain areas as part of a team is part of your area of responsibility. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with a modern understanding of technical practice management and continuously develop our projects together with our customers. • Responsibility for the technical and organizational support of our projects in clinics and medical practices as well as infrastructural facilities on site • Planning and implementation of measures for order placement, procurement, delivery, assembly, IT connection, technician deployment on site • Coordination and management of external service providers and craft companies • Organization and monitoring of legally prescribed inspections, maintenance and repair measures • Support with renovation, modernization and investment projects • Documentation and tracking of measures, maintenance and inspections • Interface between specialist departments, management, planners (m/f/d) and external partners (m/f/d) • Order processing of projects and daily orders in collaboration within an internal service team and the field sales service Your profile ## • Completed training in Facility Management, building technology, industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification • Ideally initial experience in facility workplace or building management • Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Enjoyment in driving projects forward independently • Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external contact persons (m/f/d) • Interest in modern technical devices, sustainability and efficient and structured ways of working • Confident handling of MS Office • Good English skills Benefits ## International Environment Flexible Time models Ergonomic Workplaces Extensive Social benefits Training and Development You can find our explanation regarding data protection in application processes here.
