Project Buyer (w/m/d) REEL Alesa AG is an engineering company active in international plant construction. We are known for our leading role in the large-scale plant construction of complex bulk material handling systems for aluminum production. To support our customers and the Project Execution business unit, we are looking for a Project Buyer In this position, you are responsible for handling the purchasing for our worldwide projects. Main tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of project-specific services, components and products Identifying cost optimization potentials and implementing the corresponding measures Handling international procurement from the supplier offer through to delivery Ensuring that the delivery meets the requirements regarding quality and delivery date Communication and contact person for the supplier and internal interfaces Tendering and conducting inquiries with suppliers on the international procurement market Conducting technical and commercial negotiations Procurement management Controlling supplier invoices Processing of complaints Requirement profile Professional experience in purchasing, preferably in international plant and machine construction Experience within industrial procurement Technical basic training with commercial further education (Technical FA, Purchasing Specialist FA or similar) Winning personality with healthy assertiveness, who thinks entrepreneurially as well as acting with initiative and responsibility Flexible, open and curious and enjoyment in finding solutions and their implementation Partnership-based dealings with suppliers and employees MS-Office knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics / SAP is an advantage Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage We offer Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international company Responsible challenge with a varied field of activity Good employment conditions Attractive place of work (central, good transport connections) Flexible working hours If you are interested in becoming a member of a dynamic and goal-oriented company, please send your complete application documents with your salary expectations to us. jpidefcee49jm jit0832jm jiy26jm
