In our agile environment, you will work together with experienced colleagues on modern database platforms and ensure that our business-critical systems are operated securely, stably, and performantly. YOUR TASKS • You take on end-to-end responsibility for the operation and further development of our database platforms throughout the entire lifecycle - from provisioning through operation and further development to decommissioning. • You ensure stable and secure operation of our databases and support as needed in on-call and 3rd-level support. You monitor our systems and recognize risks and problems early. • You work closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams and contribute your expertise and ideas to projects. • You ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements such as PCI-DSS, security standards, and architecture principles. YOUR PROFILE • Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field. • Several years of professional experience in handling databases (ideally Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL). • Team player with strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; understanding Swiss German is an advantage.
