For our client, a clinic based in Zürich, we are looking for, by arrangement, a: Ward Manager Cardiac Surgery 80 - 100% ### Your area of responsibility: • Co-responsibility for the leadership, development, and deployment planning of the employees in close cooperation with the ward management • Ensuring professional, patient-oriented care as well as seamless documentation and information transfer • Active participation in daily nursing activities as well as supporting the team in demanding nursing situations • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and nursing processes as well as promoting a high quality of service • Co-responsibility for the economic use of resources and the professional representation of the ward internally and externally Your qualifications: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH (SRK recognition for foreign degrees) • At least two years of experience in a Swiss acute care hospital • Initial leadership experience is an advantage • Leadership training or the willingness to complete one • Very good German skills as well as proficient MS Office skills Your place of work: • Zürich Your start: • By arrangement
