Your main tasks ### • You advise and support caregivers in complex and challenging care situations • You conduct clarifications of complex care situations with referrals before hospital admission • You promote the theory-practice transfer and strengthen evidence-based care practice • You initiate and accompany the implementation of findings from care research • You develop care guidelines, concepts, and specialist topics further and implement them together with the teams • You bring your extended clinical competencies into close collaboration with the care teams • You moderate case discussions, work in commissioned groups, and design further training courses • You accompany caregivers in their daily practice and support them in their professional development • You work on care-related and interprofessional projects (e.g., introduction of KIS) and contribute to quality management • You work closely with your PEX colleague in Riehen • You work closely with the PEX committee and actively bring your professional perspective into it Your profile ### • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
