Our schools form sustainable systems for students across the entire spectrum of ability. The implementation of competency-oriented teaching and corresponding assessment according to Lehrplan 21 poses a significant challenge to our schools. The Project Management School Development independently leads projects at the school district level and is in close contact with the school management teams. It advises and supports them in the implementation of the developed standards. The project position makes an important contribution to the pedagogical further development and quality assurance of the schools. For this newly created position, we are looking for a suitable personality starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who wants to contribute and get involved in addition to our team in the Schulkreis Letzi. Tasks ## • You lead district-specific school and teaching projects and ensure the preparation of project assignments, timely planning and implementation, target-group-oriented communication, and documentation. • You accompany municipal and cantonal projects at the district level. • You are the contact person for concerns and questions in connection with the assigned projects and support the school management teams in the implementation of the projects. Profile ## • Tertiary degree with an educational science or pedagogical orientation. • You are very well-versed in the educational landscape, especially at the compulsory school level, and want to make a contribution to the further development of the schools in the Schulkreis Letzi. • You have experience in teaching and in project management. • You combine eloquence in speech and writing with social competence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness. • You feel comfortable in the tension between school, administration, and politics, and questions of school development interest you. • You are a team-oriented, pragmatic, and performance-oriented personality. Apply Apply About us ## The Schulkreis Zürich-Letzi includes district 9 with the quarters Albisrieden, Altstetten, and Grünau. Around 5000 students are taught and supervised in the 16 schools of our school district. Over 900 employees work in the schools for them. In our school-related childcare services, children aged 4 - 13 are cared for daily.
